Presenter Selection Criteria & Expectations

The Board looks for potential presenters for our regularly events. Events should meet the following criteria:

• Clearly defined learning objectives and participant benefits
• Topic alignment with seasoned training/performance professionals
• Alignment with the HPT Model
• Engaging interactions
  • Prefer fewer slides but more interactions including thought provoking discussions and hands-on exercises
• Take away materials such as a tool, job aid, or reference materials
• Materials to be posted on the Tampa Bay ISPI members area
• Event description and biography for the website
• Event durations
  • Regular event: 90 minutes
  • Half-day event: 4.5 hours
  • Full-day event: 8 hours
